Fascia Pilates

Pilates is a full-body workout that challenges both body and mind, strengthens muscles, and promotes flexibility and balance. Fascia is part of the connective tissue. If the fasciae are intact, it promotes our flexibility. However, if the fasciae are stuck together, mobility is sometimes massively restricted. With a fascia rolling massage you increase your health and well-being.

3-5 participants take part in the group training. No previous knowledge is necessary.

Pregnancy Pilates

Pilates is a full-body workout that challenges both body and mind, strengthens muscles, and promotes flexibility and balance.

Pilates exercises are ideal for maintaining your health and well-being during pregnancy and the postpartum period. Pregnancy and childbirth put a lot of stress on the pelvic floor, abdominal muscles and ligaments.

3-5 participants take part in the group workout. No previous experience is necessary. Entry is possible at any time.
